If you are an online student, the CU Montgomery Library can send you books we have for free in the mail through CU Library Exchange. Please find the request form and instructions here. You only have to pay for Media Mail postage to send it back. The cost for Media Mail starts at around $4-$5, and mailing a box of 3 books might cost around $7.
